What you need to do • Call us immediately if you did not receive your new card. • Activate your new UBS card by calling the number on the sticker. • Sign the back of your card. • Destroy your current UBS card as it will be deactivated when you activate your new card. • Contact anyone with whom you have a recurring automatic payment agreement, (e.g., your cell phone bill) to provide them with your new expiration information.
