As submitted in previous contact in your office, the suggestions of community developments involving the development of KFC, Millers Clothing store and a Spend less Shoes store, which I believe would be beneficial to this area as a growing commodity of conveniences and further employment in the region I would like to discuss these potential interests further. In reference to the development of the KFC store I would like to suggest the location of the establishment as being developed on the corner of the Aldi Supermarket carpark, next to the round about, across from Cheap as Chips, as a potential growing commodity for this region. As you know the region statistically is made of an older generation who regularly travel to Port Pirie for the conveniences of KFC, Millers clothing store and Spend less shoes, which takes the money (spending) from our region and reduces our economic growth. Within the older generation there is also the inconvenience of travel arrangements to travel to these regions, which to me would make perfect sense to provide such conveniences to this region to not only sustain the populations spending habits but also to assist in economic growth and creating employment in this region, which would greatly be beneficial as a whole. In 2007 - 2009 I conducted a Statistical overview into Professionals in various rural regions, their spending habits and the reasons as to why these regions do not attract Professionals to the areas or remain in these areas past there contracted dates. Discovered within the Statistical Overview were the reasons. • Lack of conveniences - Shopping • Lack of employment for their families These two points of interest were high on that list, which prompts you to address these issues and find solutions. In reference to the Millers Clothing store and Spend Less Shoes I would like to suggest the location of the proposed developments as being in the vacant commercial buildings situated across from the Commonwealth Bank. In reference to this commercial building, these two developments could be the start of a small shopping mall of Specialised shops established, that could grow as time proceeded and further specialised shops were attracted to this region. In turn this would also address the Statistical Overview results of convenience and employment and also assist in the economic growth of Kadina. Establishing these conveniences in this region would also ensure that the spending habits of this community remained here in Kadina and they were no longer travelling to Port Pirie, where the wealth of our community is being spent. From my analysis of talking with the local people of this community these shopping conveniences have been recognised as being high on the list of their reasons to travel to Port Pirie. EFTA00261906 I would like to now address the further developments submitted, Government developments addressing the issues of Cross contamination of Microbial Infections, which is a project I have written in an Executive Summary of the concept only, but have not completed past that point. Within this development I have included the issue of the current Coronavirus, which you know is a cross contamination of contact which is reducing economic growth, health risks to the public, employment and numerous other issues here in Australia. I am aware of the Immunisation Scheme which is appearing to be affective but is also still incurring some hurdles and problems through the fear of the public, and infections are still ongoing and current and creating the problem of loss of employment, closed borders, restricted travel and numerous other problems. The development that I have submitted is designed to work in conjunction with the Immunisation Scheme, which will assist in reducing the cross contamination within the hotspots of the sites of cross infection (contamination) within public locations. The implementation of this development in conjunction with the Immunisation Scheme should greatly reduce the current issues that are ongoing and reoccurring constantly and enable Australia to contain the issue by addressing the hotspots of the contamination within the public sectors, and enable the process of containing this issue to increase rapidly. The project has been addressed as the target market of the Australian Pharmaceutical Company as the developer and supplier of the implemented application of the development, which would also greatly benefit Australia's economic growth within an Australian Company. On presenting myself at the Wallaroo Hospital Emergency Ward 7 days following the immunisation administration presenting obvious symptoms of an allergy reaction. which involved a hive like rash covering my face, neck, chest, legs and arm regions and commencement of sinus and facial swelling I was assessed by a doctor, appearing as if to be a medical student, who through his obvious inexperience and lack of knowledge with the symptoms of allergy reactions diagnosed me with suffering from a viral infection and prescribed Phenergan for the rash, and I was discharged. Two days later following my first presentation at the emergency ward of the Wallaroo Hospital the symptoms of the allergy reaction had extremely escalated to the hive like rash appearing as skin lesions, the facial swelling now escalated to severe swelling and the allergy reaction had spread and escalated to my respiratory system resulting in compromised breathing / breathing difficulties , and swelling and congestion blocking sinus and nasal passages. When presenting myself for the second time at the emergency ward presenting compromised breathing / Respiratory system distress and complications I was admitted to the ward to be assessed and examined by a doctor and remained waiting in the examination room for a period of 2 hours, while struggling to breathe and catch a breath. I informed the nurse numerous times of my breathing difficulties and my now severe distress and was continually informed that the doctor was tending to other patients. On the last attempt to gain urgent medical attention from the nurse following a 2 hour waiting period, while clearly struggling to breathe and now suffering from chest pains the nurse informed me that the doctors were now changing over and the new doctors on site then proceeded to tend to the other patients who had already been seen by the previous shift of doctors. I proceeded to listen to the other patients complaints while the doctor tended to them while I continued to wait and urgently needing medical assistance for breathing difficulties. The other patients, who had already been treated explained to the new doctors on shift that the pain in their feet had elevated, or the back pain they had presented when admitted had been elevated but did not hear a complaint of an urgent need for medical assistance or care as a result of chest pain or breathing difficulties. Following hearing this and now disgusted and feeling panicky concerning my breathing difficulties I walked out and discharged myself in the hope that if I called an ambulance when I got home I may actually receive the urgent medical care I urgently required. When I arrived home in Kadina I laid down on my bed exhausted and feel to sleep instantly without even knowing, I had basically passed out from breathing difficulties. The next morning I awoke early and was now suffering from escalated breathing difficulties of Rapid breathing, heart complications and shooting pains across all parts of my head, which felt like brain related EFTA00261918 swelling of pain and sharp pains. I was then immediately placed into the examination ward and examined by the triage nurse who proceeded to berate me for leaving the night before, and while suffering from acute breathing difficulties of rapid breathing and extreme pain and suffering, an attitude unnecessary and disgusting towards any patient, especially one in so much medical distress. I was immediately assessed and examined by an experienced doctor, Dr Birss, who quickly diagnosed me with Acute Allergy Oedema as a result of an allergy reaction to the Covid-19 Pfizer vaccine immunisation administered on the 8th February 2022 at the Royal Adelaide Hospital Specialist Vaccination Clinic, on the advice of an Allergist / Immunologist, Dr Adriana Le, who ignored a referral by Dr Richard Daehn, Kadina Medical Association and the need for his patient to be tested prior to administration of the immunisation due to my extensive medical history of suffering from acute allergy reactions to previous vaccines and medications. I am currently also addressing this matter with Dr Adriana Le and the CEO of Central Adelaide Local Health Network, Lesley Dwyer, involving a case of Medical negligence. I was prescribed a course of Prednisolone 25mg by Dr Birss and discharged from the emergency ward. I was informed to repeat the treatment plan with a second course if symptoms continued following the first course of treatment, of which was required due to the severity of the Allergy reaction. I continued to suffer from ongoing medical conditions following the second course and was advised to continue with Phenergan until all symptoms dissipated. The files supplied to you indicate and precisely document fraudulent activity and deception that occurred in the Australian Tax Office, which involved altered BAS statements resulting in created fraudulent debts, altered BAS statements resulting in denied business rebates on business setup costs, altered balances of Superannuation funds in holding in their office and missing funds of Superannuation released funds occurring during electronic transfers and conducted by the Australian Tax Office Concerning other Government Departments involved in Fraudulent activity I constructed a case file concerning Housing SA, which precisely and obviously documents an account of a Fraudulent created debt of a housing bond. This housing bond in concern was paid in cash to a Real Estate Agent in Port Pine, which was then claimed against me by the Real Estate Agent at the end of the lease, which was then claimed with Housing SA by the Real Estate Agent. Housing SA proceeded to process the housing bond claim as a Housing SA bond and charged me with the debt of the claimed bond, claiming it was an Housing SA bond. This was incorrect, as documented in obvious form that the bond was actually paid in cash and was not a subject of a Housing SA bond. Following finalising the Fraudulent created debt paid in full by me Housing SA then proceeded to recreate the debt and charged me with the debt for a second time, which is obviously Fraud and Deception on their behalf. Based on this reply and denied action by ICAC, OPI it is obvious and clear that ICAC, OPI falls under the suspicion of not investigating Corruption, Fraudulent activity and deception and are actually involved in Fraudulent activity and deception themselves, and are covering up true claims and submissions of Corruption, Fraud and deception conducted by Government sources and Government departments, which brings them into question and their investigation into your claims and activities, a Government source, a Government official in the Government system, and the allegations they alleged against you. The male police officer stated the issue was outside of his expertise but informed her that he would contact a Detective to handle the matter and proceeded to take her personal contact details and informed her that she would be contacted by the police department to proceed with the matter The community member received no contact from this police department following making this report and seeking police legal assistance Second attempt - Community member seeking police legal assistance under the advice of Esafety following no contact from the police department following first report - Kadina Police Department Community member was met by a male officer at the counter of the Kadina Police Department and proceeded to explain that she had made a report previously and had not received any contact concerning the matter and that she had been informed during the first report that a detective had been contacted and was being sought for the matter The male officer scoffed at the community member and proceeded to not take any details concerning the report of the matter but proceeded to make a phone call to the first officer involved during first contact of reporting the matter During the phone call the male officer was laughing with the first police officer involved in the first report and the community member heard the police officer mocking the member of the local Government Fraser Ellis, MP and stating 'What's he going to do pull rank over us - laugh - laugh" Following the phone call the police officer returned to the counter to the community member and informed her that they had not received contact from the detective but were still waiting for contact and still did not take any form of report or details concerning the reported matter Following this information the community member proceeded to request to speak to the Captain of the Kadina Police Department but was informed by the police officer who stated "he's not going to want to speak to you" and denied the community access to making an appointment with the Captain of the Police Department The community member 2023 has still not had any form of contact from the Kadina Police Department PUBLIC SAFETY ISSUE AND CONCERN - Mr Kirchner stated: • You attended the hospital three limes on 18. 22 and 23 February 2022. • On 18 February 2022. you attended the hospital at 09:05hs and a registered nurse reviewed you at 09:20am. All observations were normal. You were 10 days after a COVID-19 vaccine administration and the doctor prescribed ootinzine and antihistamine as a treatment for allergic reaction. The allergic reaction was thought to be due to a viral infection and the medication prescribed followed the clinical pathway. On 22 February 2022, you presented at 17:25hs and were seen at 18:34hs. Your observations were again within normal parameters, except for a slightly elevated pulse rate. An ECG was taken and shown to the doctor. The doctor was notified of your presence in the department at 19:00hs. At that time, the doctor had multiple patients waiting and It is up to the doctor to prioritise appropriately based on clinical need of all patients. You decided to leave at 19:45hs because you were feeling better. This was against clinical advice to stay. You were advised to return if concerned. • On 23 February 2022. you arrived to the ED at 8:31hs and were seen by a nurse at 8:45hs and by a doctor at 8:52hs. Again, the observations were within normal parameters apart for a slightly elevated heart rate. Examinations showed a swollen face and rash with aruciety. The diagnosis of allergy was made again and a short, reducing course of steroids was prescribed following clinical pathway. • There are four types of allergic reaction. The type IV reaction is a delayed reaction which takes up to 72 hours to develop. A longer time to develop reactions can occur but is a different type of reaction, such as a granulematous reaction. Yorke and Northern Local Health Network (YNLHN)'s response On 24 January 2023. Mr Roger Kirchner from the Yorke and Northern Local Health Network provided a response to your complaint. In his response. Mr Kirchner stated: • You attended the hospital three times on 18. 22 and 23 February 2022. • On 18 February 2022, you attended the hospital at 09:051,5 and a registered nurse reviewed you at 09:20am. All observations were normal. You were 10 days after a COVID-19 vaccine administration and the doctor prescribed cetirizine and antihistamine as a treatment for allergic reaction. The allergic reaction was thought to be due to a viral infection and the medication prescribed followed the clinical pathway. On 22 February 2022. you presented at 17:25hs and were seen at 18:34hs. Your observations were again within normal parameters, except for a slightly elevated pulse rate. An ECG was taken and shown to the doctor. The doctor was notified of your presence in the department at 19:00hs. At that time. the doctor had multiple patients wailing and it is up to the doctor to prionsse appropriately based on clinical need of all patients. You decided to leave at 19:45hs because you were feeling better. This was against clinical advice to stay. You were advised to return it concerned. • On 23 February 2022. you arrived to the ED at 8:31hs and were seen by a nurse at 8:45hs and by a doctor at 8:52hs. Again, the observations were within normal parameters apart for a slightly elevated heart rate. Examinations showed a swollen face and rash with anxiety. The diagnosis of allergy was made again and a short, reducing course of steroids was prescribed following clinical pathway. • There are four types of allergic reaction. The type IV reaction is a delayed reaction which takes up to 72 hours to develop. A longer time to develop reactions can occur but is a different type of reaction, such as a granulomatous reaction. This is why the first doctor made a diagnosis of an allergy due to viral infection and not the COVID-19 vaccination which was administered 10 days prior to the first attendance. • There aro no records of incidents or staffs poor behaviour or attitude during your presentations. • Unfortunately, the hospital's Director for Nursing and Midwifery did not reply to your first letter. • After an investigation into your complaint. YNLHN is confident that your treatment was appropriate. • YNLHN acknowledges that the waiting limo of your second visit was longer than the hospital would like. However, your observations were normal and you would have been seen by a doctor if you had chosen to stay. • YNLHN also acknowledges that you felt your treatment could have been better. On 13 February 2023, the HCSCC sought a response from YNLHN as to whether they would consider your request for compensation. On 1 March 2023. YNLHN advised the HCSCC they decline to consider your compensation request because: • The COVID-19 vaccine was not administered by them; and • The care provided for the subsequent reaction was appropriate.
