I have obtained numerous qualifications, including Business Management, Business Administration, Business Development (Business Plan development), Fashion Design, Nail Technician, Published Author, author under contract with publishing house Austin Macauley Publishers, London, and have been involved in numerous community and council projects, Government developments and was a registered participant in the Flinders University, Adelaide Venture Dorm Program and a participant in the Eventbrite, Women in Business Organisation. I have an extensive employment history, of which I gained valuable employment skills and opportunities to advance my directions in Business Development and creating my own paths, directions and to reach my goals of creating, developing and establishing my own business and businesses. I have a natural ability and Entrepreneurial qualities and skills, of which I wished to develop and establish myself in world of business. Following surviving a Near Death Experience of a violent relationship at the age of 19, which resulted in and an abusive marriage of 14 years, that resulted in a Restraining Order being placed on the Ex husband, I stepped out of the shadows of abuse at the age of 36 and set out to explore the opportunities of establishing a Professional career of Business Development. At the age of 22, 1993 I gave birth to twin boys, my first born children, one of which suffered from severe EIR which resulted in severe discomfort and crying in the middle of the night each time he would roll over onto his stomach in his sleep. Having obtained a Fashion Design degree at the age of 15 I set out to ease the discomfort of my infant son suffering from thel=condition. I came up with a solution to the problem by designing and sewing an Infant Sleep Positioner, a sling that wrapped around my infant sons stomach, held in place by Velcro and straps that attached to the cots bars to secure his sleeping position, and stop him from rolling over onto his stomach. The infant Sleep Positioner , baby sleeping sling was a success and my son no longer suffered this discomfort and began to sleep through the night. At the time I was residing in Willimulka, South Australia in a small, isolated farm house with my Defacto partner, father of the children, who in 1996 became my husband. This design, Infant Sleep Positioner was the first of my developments, which resulted in Intellectual Property Theft in the Privacy of my own Home. Refer to Stage IA.1 - Report Following my divorce of the marriage in 2007 I set out to achieve my Professional goals, of which I had been denied at age 14, a career in modelling and a University Degree in Medical Science, but had remained my focus, passion and aspirations of my ambitious goals throughout the years of my sacrifice of marriage and raising children. As a single mother of 4 children from the marriage I began the journey of establishing a Professional Career and commenced on the continual development of a Business Plan that I had begun in 2006, prior to the end of my marriage. I enrolled in numerous courses to further develop my business qualifications and skills EFTA00267051 and became a registered client of the Regional Development Board, Port Pirie, giving me access to Business Advisors, to further develop the Business Plan, and the goal of establishing my own business. The Business Plan remained in Hand written form only, between the years of 2006 - 2009, while I conducted the extensive Market Research into the Medical Industry and communities to complete the Business Plans business infrastructure, objectives, progressive advancement and to secure Medical Professionals into the correct Professional structures of the business. In 2009 the Business Plan was completed and installed on a newly purchased business computer, and the process of applying for funding and establishment of the business plan, The Specialist Medical Centre, involving the centralisation of Medical Specialists operating from within one centre began. Within the Hand written form of the 2006 Business Plan of The Specialist Medical Centre another advancement business development, to be utilised and operated within the Medical Centre was in the designed, developmental stages, and to be completed and implemented into the centre upon establishment and operation of the centre. This Business development was named M.S.I.C, a communication tool to aid and assist Medical Professionals and the patients referral system. This continuous development, including conducting numerous Market Research amongst Medical Professionals and Medical Centres commenced in 2009, and continued until 2012. In 2009, following the completed Business Plans development, The Specialist Medical Centre I applied for funding of the establishment of the Medical Centre with numerous sources, which included Hon Jon Hill, Minister of Health, Roger Kirchner, Director of the Port Pirie Hospital and Secret Administration of SA Health, Commonwealth Bank, Port Pirie and the local Government of Port Pirie, all to no avail. All applied funding of these applications were denied and not even considered. Following the denied funding of The Specialist Medical Centre I continued with the development of the second business plan, M.S.I.C, Communication Tool, an implementation of The Specialist Medical Centre, and also commenced on the development of a Fashion Design Business, Lil Devil Designs, which at a later stage of development was renamed J Monequic, while I continued to complete the business plan M.S.I.C, and obtain funding for the two Medical Business Developments. In 2012, following the completion of M.S.I.C, Communication Tool development I once again applied to the Minister of Health, Hon Jon Hill for funding to establish the two medical businesses. The funding was once again denied, but this time I was informed of the establishment of the Government Initiative GP Plus Health Care Centres, Specialist Centres utilising Specialists operating in one centre and working in conjunction with GP'S, the exact objectives, infrastructure and business development that 1 had commenced in 2006 and continued development until 2012, but had been continuously denied Government funding. The GP Plus Health Care Centres, a Government Initiative are owned and operated by SA Health, Government. This is the second recorded event of Intellectual Property Theft occurring in the Privacy of my own Home. Refer to Stage I A] and Stage 1A.2 In 2012 - 2017, I began the journey of Contesting the Intellectual Property Theft and reporting the extensive, continuous Illegal Activity that had targeted my life over a period of, commencing in 2007 and escalating in 2014 - 2017, during this period of Contesting and reporting and resulting in denial of the Intellectual Property Theft, denied assistance, denied investigations and extreme Sexual targeting and Police Targeting, following suffering Isolation through the use of Remote Access to Telecommunication Systems servers blocking contact and altering messages to family, friends and including children, discovered as the source of continuous Fraudulent Activity in 2021. Following the contesting and reporting in 2013 - 2017 and extensive Police Targeting, discovered in 2020, construction of a Legal Case against the accused as Fraudulent fines and charges, illegal arrests, resulting in permanent injury of the victim, as result of Police Brutality applied during the arrests I then encountered a EFTA00267052 Following a 2 hear court process and battle in the Port Pixie Court House, involving the Port Pine Police Department, of which during this process I had been detained I was finally Acquitted of all charges and awarded an Unconditional Release and No penalty by Magistrate K.A. Millard. Following the court proceedings and Acquitted of all charges, the Magistrates ruling in a Court of Law I received Fraudulent Charges and fines from the Port Pine Police Department and Port Pine Fines Department, regarding the charges that I had been acquitted of by Magistrate K.A. Millard. I submitted extensive documented evidence of the Intellectual Property Theft, Police corruption and Targeting, Sexual Targeting, continuous Fraudulent Activity in all accounts to I.C.A.C, Corruption Commissioner. Upon this submission of supported claim of Illegal Targeted Activity / Corruption by documented evidence, which included an Origin Electricity account of Excessive Rise in Utilities, obtained in 2016 resulting EFTA00267053 the barcode scanning in Australia Post, Kadina as Townsville CC Parking Fines - Queensland Police Involvement in Fraudulent Activity and Police Targeting, accessing utility accounts resulting in Excessive Rise in billing and Fraudulent Activity reducing income and source of funding for business developments. In 2017 following requested investigation to I.C.A.C, Corruption Commissioner, the Corruption Commissioner denied the activity, denied an investigation and closed the case. Following this denied investigation and the decision of the Corruption Commissioner I packed away the documented evidence in my possession, involving the Intellectual Property Thefts, Fraudulent Activity, Police Targeting and Sexual Targeting and began to re-build my life, following re-locating to Kadina from Port Pirie, believing that the targeted illegal activity was confined to the Port Pine region, and continued the development of my book, published novel in 2020, "Reality". During the process of developing the first manuscript I began 2 more books, manuscripts to construct the story into a series of books, the second book under contract in February 2020, Austin Macauley Publishers, London. In 2018, believing the confined targeting of Port Pirie had ceased I met a man, Professor Vincent Bulone, KTI-I Sweden University, Director of Research, Adelaide University, and started a relationship, which resulted in a Defacto relationship, and I relocated to Adelaide. During this relationship, which I was led to believe was a new beginning of my life, following the trauma of the events in Port Pirie, and the relationship was honest and very real I began to notice Professor Vincent Bulone's unusual behaviour, which resembled the exact nature and behaviour of the prior individuals involved in the Sexual Targeting that had occurred in Port Pirie. Following an 18 month relationship with Vincent Bulone, including a period of a Defacto Relationship with this man, and experiencing the obvious signs of his displayed unusual pattern of behaviour of continuous womanising, lying, appearing as if betraying the relationship, occurring in secret behind my back, his constant denial of his behaviour when confronted, which the behaviour continued although constantly confronted and questioned, and his comment which eventuated from the final confrontation of his pattern of behaviour, claiming that I was "Delusional, and was extensively encouraging me to seek Psychological Counselling, blaming my state of mind for the questioning of his continuous pattern of behaviour that had continued over the course of the 18 months together. tended the relationship with this man and permanently relocated to my parents residence in Kadina as their • anent Carer, for their Medical Conditi Upon the realisation that the Targeted Illegal Activity that had occurred in Port Pirie prior to this relationship and event was not contained to the Port Pirie region alone, I pursued to find the answers to the source of the targeting, that was still present in 2018 and continued into 2019. In 2019 - 2021 1 commenced the continued development of my registered business .1C INNOVATIONS, .involving numerous business concepts, involving Private Social Media Website, Commercial and Public products, businesses and developments, Government Funded Projects and Medical and Scientific Research projects, and designed into a 5 Stage Business developmental process, each stage of development financially supporting the next stage. I formed a business network of Professional support, including Software Developers, University Support and contacts involving Flinders University and Accountants and Insurance. I became a Voluntary registered customer of MADEC Employment Agency, Kadina to seek support, business advice and funding for the establishment of the registered business In 2020 I applied for funding with Madec Employment Agency, Kadina, submitting the 5 Stage business plan and business concepts, under the act of their Intellectual property Laws - Government Department, but was once again denied funding and referred to the NEIS Program, a Government Initiative for support. I was denied entry into the NEIS Program claiming that I was too advanced for this program and funding and support was once again denied. EFTA00267054 During this process I once again pulled out the extensive documented evidence that I had collected over an eight year period while residing in Port Pifie, but dated back 16 years of the Multiple Intellectual Property Theft, Targeted Illegal Activity of Sexual targeting, Police Targeting, Fraudulent Activity and reports and continuously denied investigations that had occurred over a period of 27 years, to construct a plan to reveal the source of this activity and construct the evidence into a Legal Case against the sources and individuals involved. I contacted and personally delivered a report of the Targeted Illegal Activity, and documented evidence in my possession supporting my claims, constructed into files on a USB Flash drive, extending over an eight year period and delivered this report and documented evidence to Hon Steven Marshall, Premier of South Australia and lion Vicki Chapman, Attorney General of South Australia, and requested their assistance and investigation into the reported documented supported claim and illegal activity. This report was submitted during the time of Australia's extensive Bushfires in 2019 - 2020. I received a reply from both parties within two weeks of submitting eight years of documented evidence of Illegal Targeted Activity, including the Intellectual Property Theft of The Medical Business Plan and M.S.I.C, Communication Tool and requesting an investigation into the reported illegal activity. The Targeted Illegal Activity that I had reported occurring from 2006 - 2019 was once again denied an investigation and denied that it was a case for the Corruption Commissioner, I.C.A.C, a case of corruption. Included in the reply letter from both parties was the advice to contact a law firm, Slater & Gordon, who contained a lawyer employed with their firm with the same surname as the Medical Professional connected to SA Health, Refer to Stage 3 Police Targeting and Name Comparisons I was also informed to contact Hon Stephen Wade, Minister of Health for an investigation of the alleged Intellectual Property Theft of the Medical Business Plan and M.S.I.C, Communication Tool, developed during the years of 2006 - 2012. I submitted documented evidence supporting my claim and evidence of the Targeted Illegal Activity, uploaded onto a USB Flash drive, and as submitted to the two Government Sources, to advised contact Hon Stephen Wade, Minister of Health. I received a reply within a 2 week period of submission of 8 years of documented evidence and was once again denied an investigation into the Intellectual Property Theft and claimed that the GP Plus Health Care Centres are not under the governance of the Government - GP Plus Health Centres are owned and operated by SA Health as a Government Initiative. Following these denied assistance and investigations and realisation of another "Set up" staged now by the Government, Premier of South Australia and the Attorney General of South Australia - "Nuygen", the denied Intellectual Property Theft of the Medical Business Plan and M.S.I.C, Communication Tool by Hon Stephen Wade, Minister of Health, of which I had received the exact same answer / reply in 2016 from Hon jack Snelling, Minister of Health and David Swan, I realised I had finally uncovered the involvement and source of the Targeted Illegal Activity. Refer to Letters Supplied, Hon Steven Marshall, Hon Vicki Chapman, Hon Stephen Wade I then proceeded to contact the following Government Sources : • Hon Rex Patrick, Federal Government • Hon Pauline Hanson, Senator of Queensland • Hon Adam Bandt, Senator of Victoria I submitted the same exact report and documented evidence uploaded onto a USB Flashdrive, as I had submitted to the previous Government sources, extending over an eight year period and requested their assistance and an investigation into the Illegal Targeted Activity. Included in the documented evidence was the 2016 Origin Electricity Account, barcode scanned as Townsville CC Fines, Queensland - Queensland Police involvement in targeting electricity accounts remotely, forging electricity account billings, Excessive Rise in Utilities billing, Fraudulent Activity involving Police Targeting between 2012 - 2016, which had contributed and resulted in the 2014 closure of my Fashion Design Business, J Monequic, registered in EFTA00267055 2011, as a result of Fraudulent Activity depleting Source of income and source of funding of business developments. The Fashion Design Business, J Monequic was denied a Trademark in 2012, and resulted in intellectual Property Theft of the clothing design in 2014, following closure of the business by Lorna Jane Fashion. Following the submissions of reports and evidence to the following three Government Sources, Hon Rex Patrick, Hon Pauline Hanson, lion Adam Bandt, I was once again denied assistance and an investigation into the Targeted Illegal Activity, by Ho Rex Patrick and Hon Pauline Hanson. The submission to Hon Adam Bandt, Senator of Victoria resulted in Mail Interception, Obstruction of Evidence to a Senators Office, a Fraudulent email reply from an individual impersonating a Senators Office, Harry Hook. Harry Hook In the submission of documented evidence to Hon Adam Bandt I had not supplied an email address as a point of contact, details of business concepts and developments of JC INNOVATIONS and the issues that the developments were addressing, and reported extensive Police Targeting, Including photographic evidence and medical reports of permanent injuries sustained during the arrests, Police Brutality but was advised by "Harry Hook " to contact police if I was feeling "At risk of my safety as a result of the targeting and illegal activity" - Providing misleading advice to Endanger my safety from Police Targeting. I was once again denied assistance and an investigation from all of the Government Sources contacted, resulting in continuous Entrapment in the Targeting. I then realised I had now discovered and uncovered the source of the Specific Targeting of an Individual over a 27 year period, stalked from location to location, and following change of all details and regions, and that the detainment and Appear as Suicide by medication. Refer to Stage 3 Police Targeting Murder to in early 2020, following this denied assistance and investigations I began to construct the 27 years of documented evidence in my possession into a Legal Case against the source and individuals involved in Conspiring with the Government in the Targeted Illegal Activity and Government Targeting, and contacted a law finn, Gordon Legal Law Firm, Melbourne, Victoria, requesting contact with the Senior Lawyer, Peter Gordon, for Legal Assistance and Legal representation. At this point of contact with Gordon Legal Law Firm, Peter Gordon, Senior Lawyer was currently involved in representing the victims of the Centrelink Robodebts, that had resulted in the Suicide of some of the victims that had incurred these Fraudulent, illegal Debts. Following my contact, direct contact on their Official Website seeking Peter Gordon's Legal Assistance and representation I experienced blocked passage to Peter Gordon, impersonating a lawyer of the law firm, misleading information and advice and denied legal representation, claiming that they "Do not represent victims". Refer to Gordon Legal Law Firm report I was once again blocked from contact with Peter Gordon in 2021, requesting a Skype meeting, following change of phone number with Telstra, Registered Business Account with Restricted Access to employees applied, and received no reply from this contact. During the period of 2019 - 2021, and during the Legal Case construction of documented evidence in my possession, spanning over a period of 27 years the Illegal Targeted Activity continued and involved : • Multiple Intellectual Property Theft ofJC INNOVATIONS • Altered BAS Statements resulting in the denied rebate claims by the Australian taxation Office, Grant Brodie • Fraudulent Activity in Telecommunication Systems, Blocked contact, altered messages, synchronised emails from computer to mobile not registering on the computer system that were being delivered to the mobile phone synchronised email from Social Media Networks - marketing of published novel "Reality" EFTA00267056 • Blocked access and marketing of published novel "Reality" on Social Media Websites • Computer hacking and email hacking of newly purchased business computer, purchased in 2020 and registered under the registration of JC INNOVATIONS and professionally installed / recreated Business registered email accounts, accounts and numerous Security systems, involving 2 Step Verification and Authenticators and connected to the newly registered business account with Telstra, change of details and phone number, with Restricted Access to employees applied / in store access only with the Manager and Business Consultant • Altered payment details through Netbanking, Commonwealth Bank for contract payments to recipient Austin Macauley Publishers, London, who confirmed they had received the payment in altered bank account name details occurring during the transaction, and confirmed by the Commonwealth Bank Payment Investigations Department following a lodged Trace on that payment as being altered • Missing funds of $123.00 from a Superannuation claim Following this continuous targeted Illegal Activity, Specific Targeting of an Individual I contacted the CEO's Head Office of each company that I was registered with and had incurred the Fraudulent Activity, which resulted in investigations into the continuous Illegal activity. In may 2021 it was confirmed by Telstra Head Office that the continuous Fraudulent Activity in my Telecommunication Systems occurring in every server, and reported over a ten year period was a result of Government and Police sources Remotely Accessing servers and computer hardware, resulting in the conduct of Illegal activity of Fraudulent Activity, blocked contact and passage, Excessive rise in Telecommunication Systems billing, altered messages and confirmed Government and Police Targeting of an Individual over a 27 year period, Corruption, and the continuous denied assistance and investigations of the reported activity and Intellectual Property Theft, that resulted in detainment and medication in 2017. The extensive documented evidence in my possession spanning over a period of 27 years from location to location, involving Hand Written form only Business Developments and concepts written in the Privacy of my own Home, not installed on a computer, or shared with a third party, including family members, which include Government Policies, Council Developments, Medical Projects and Developments, Housing Projects, including Affordable Student Accommodation designed and hand written while detained in Glenside mental Health Facility in 2017, Business concepts and infrastructure, Commercial and public business products were all subjected to Intellectual Property Theft within the Privacy of my own Home, place of residence. Refer to Stage 4 Multiple Intellectual Property Theft This documented evidence revealed the Government and Police Targeting was conducted by the use of continuous Government and Police Illegal Surveillance, and Shared Surveillance of the Privacy of my own Home, extending over a period of 27 years, 1993, the first account of Intellectual Property Theft, Willimulka, Infant Sleep Positioner, and explained the reason for continuous Intellectual Property Theft, Illegal Activity that continuously occurred from location to location, and the individuals targeting in person, Sexual Targeting and involved, being in the Exact locations at the Exact moment I am in that location, public locations, and including Dating Sites and Social Media Sites Breeching the Human Rights Act of Privacy and Privacy in own 'tome and endangerment of the victim, and is still current, active and present this current day, may 2021, resulting in the Entrapment in Government and Police Targeting. The Government and Police Targeting, and individuals involved, who have been given access to the Illegal Surveillance or Privacy of the victims home, and including family home, children and parents home is a Severe Breech of Privacy and Human Rights of Privacy and Freedom of Choice, Lifestyle choices and Professional Choices.
