Subject: Re: Sexual targeting report - Indecent exposure
Dear Sir / madam,
I am contacting you today to place a complaint against the activity that I continuously encounter
while attending the entertainment venue the Portside Tavern, Port Pide.
I have recently submitted a report of sexual targeting that had occurred on the premise and in
various locations within the Port Pine location.
On the 20 / 11 / 2016 at about 2pm I attended the Portside tavern to sit in the beer garden to have a
couple of drinks and when I was about to leave I had car trouble and sighted two men walking into
the venue as I sat in my car.
I entered the venue to ask the two men for assistance and was invited to stay for one drink before
they looked at my car.
I entered the beer garden with the two men and sat at a table sipping the small bottle of wine of
which one of the men had purchased for me.
Within the hour one of the men whom had informed me that his name was Mat, and was a
contractor at the local impound site and had come to Port Pine from Western Australia, had started
to talk dirty to me which made me feel uncomfortable but I was waiting for his friend to look at my
car.
Mat continued to talk inappropriately and began to talk sexual, telling me about his problems with
his ex girlfriend before inappropriately propositioning me sexually, " I just want to fuck you ",
and before indecently exposing himself from the waist down as he sat at the table in the beer
garden.
I told Mat angrily that I did not approve of his actions of indecent exposure which erupted in angry
words being spoken.
a little girl was sitting at a table in close proximity, with a group of woman, to the table of which we
were sitting.
One of the woman leapt up from the table and attacked me for speaking inappropriately to Mat,
whom had indecently exposed himself at the table and in close proximity to the little girl.

Ms Jacqueline Pearce
Dear Ms Pearce,
POLICE
OMBUDSMAN
I refer to your complaint dated 23 March 2016.
4, You complain about various interactions you have had with police, which you believe indicate
police are targeting you and your sons. In particular you raise two instances where police
took action against you in relation to driving with the prescribed concentration of alcohol in
your blood. You also complain about your arrest on two occasions: 13 August 2015 and 5
February 2016, taking issue with the charges laid against you and the police account of
events.
$- I advise that from the information you provide, it appears the police officers involved in the
incidents have engaged in routine police procedures in relation to their contact with you. This
includes conducting random breath tests, responding to reports from the public, making an
arrest based on a reasonable suspicion of an offence, compliance with custody procedures
in relation to searches and use of cells. In my view there is no evidence of police misconduct
in relation to the concerns you raise.
In relation to your complaint that the charges against you have no merit and your request to
be supplied with evidence, these are issues that need to be addressed through the court
process. In other words, if you dispute the charges, you will need to do so in court. This office
does not become involved in matters which are before the court.
I have therefore made a determination pursuant to section 21(1)(d) of the Police (Complaints
and Disciplinary Proceedings) Act 1985, not to refer your complaint for investigation, as in my
view it would be unlikely to reveal evidence of misconduct on the part of a police officer and
therefore such investigation is unjustifiable.
Yours faithfully

Dear Ms Pearce,
I refer to your letter 14 April 2016, addressed to the Commissioner of Police.
This letter has been forwarded to my office for assessment.
After reading the letter, it appears to relate to the same incidents you raised in your complaint
dated 23 March 2016.
4. As I advised in my letter to you dated 6 April 2016, this office will not be referring your
complaint for investigation. This is particularly because you have been charged in relation to
the incidents you complain about. At this stage the circumstances of the incidents and any
issues with the evidence relied on, is a matter to be canvassed in court and therefore not a
matter for this office.
Yours faithfully

All stolen concepts have been hand written from 2004 to 2020 while residing in Port Pirie, not
shared with a third party or installed on a computer and believed to be stolen under the activity of
illegal survellence by the individuals involved and that surveillance has continued to this day while
residing in Kadina and this information including my privacy is being shared to other individuals
around the world as organised crime. I believe it's being shared by the police involved and media
sources who would have access to this technology. I have reported this activity also to esaefty
commissioner and home affair and referred to an officer from home affairs report by phone
contact, Senior Constable

this department for the report which was closed on the day until further notice as i did not want to

Yes, I am reporting a Commonwealth crime
I have supplied documented evidence of this crime involving Port Pide, media sources, sexual
targeting, police involvement, motorcycle gang involvement concerning the angels, the rebels and
the red devils, intellectual property theft, fraudulent activity, names involved, current business
developments and numerous other documents to IP Australia. The email providing details
concerning concepts involving council developments and attached documents seems to be
obstructed and did not deliver. I have also provided a copy of the reply email which is suspected as
fraud as I did not provide my email address or current business developments nets I was
addressing in the package of evidence regarding this case. I believe this crime is centred with Port
Pine and Queensland involving corruption. I am requesting that you enquire with IP Australia to
review the documents in order to proceed with an investigation. I have 15 years of documented
evidence regarding this case. I believe this crime centres around Michael Fetherstonhauqh, Paul
Gardner, Dr Kajani , Roger Kirchner, connected police officers to Paul Gardner, Scott Bowman , the
Port Pine Regional Board , The Port Pine Council and extended to numerous other connected
individuals. David Bradley connected to my former partner of the Adelaide university is connected
to The Angels motorcycle gang, his brother who was connected to the red devils formally of Port
Pirie.
