As detailed in the report contained in the LiL Devil Designs file, I have been a victim of Organised 'Targeted Crime for 27 years, which has altered my life dramatically and traumatically. The continuous targeted Illegal Activity of the targeted victim (myself) has occurred in every location of Australia, and commenced in 1993, first recorded event of Intellectual Property Theft, occurring in the Privacy of my own home (residential address, Willamulka, SA), and is still current, active and affecting my life traumatically to this date of 2021, residing now in Kadina, SA, following relocation several times. The continuous targeted illegal activity that is still current and active has forced me to make drastic alterations to my life to protect myself, as 1 am constantly endangered by the continuous criminal activity, which includes: • Ceasing all human contact / interaction outside of the home - Isolation • Ceasing all business developments, writing of novels under contract and career opportunities - Multiple Intellectual Property Theft 1993 - 2021— Privacy of own home • Ceasing all family interactions - Endangerment of my children if in contact with me / threats made against my children constantly • Cease all interactions of personal relationships or seeking a personal relationship - Sexual Targeting / rape and abuse under the act of targeted deceit EFTA00267311 • Cease all normality of human functions and movements within the residential home or in public locations - Illegal Surveillance and shared illegal surveillance to syndicate crime figures The file Stage 113 Pattern of Targeted Activity involving business developments resulting in Intellectual Property Theft continuously details the exact tactics and pattern of the organised crime, including syndicate crime figures involvement, which also includes connected outlaw motorcycle gang members, of which is being applied to my life, personal and professional by the targeted illegal activity. This targeted illegal activity has been confirmed and identified as Government and Police Sources, as the source of the targeted illegal activity occurring and requires an extensive urgent investigation into the information, reports, connections and documented evidence provided, as I am continuously and currently still extremely endangered, and so are my children, who reside in Melbourne, Victoria with their father, Darren McDiarmid. Due to the Remote Access being used by Government and Police sources involving Telecommunication Systems, computer hardware and phone hardware my contact with my children has been severed / blocked and I am unable to inform them or their father of the risk to their safety. I am requesting URGENT assistance and an INVESTIGATION into this matter, as a matter of extreme urgency adrirnportance. As all interactions via Telecommunication Systems, email services have been remotely blocked by the source when seeking assistance, and postal services have also been intercepted anymore contact or information you require will as a matter of importance have to be conducted in person, face to face. l am requesting as a precautionary measure to myself that any face to face direct contact be conducted in the presence of Peter Gordon, Gordon Legal Law Firm, Melbourne only, for Legal and safety reasons. I have now taken the time to carefully consider the entirety of all of the information, both in paper form as well as on two flash drives. Thank you for bringing this matter to my attention and I am sorry that you feel.this has all happened to you. After thorough consideration I do not feel that there is anywhere I could forward these documents that has not already considered the contents of your complaint. My personal view is that you need to find a lawyer who is willing to represent you in a civil court action alleging intellectual property theft. I don't believe that there is any more that I can do for you.
