These business concepts were developed under the guidance of Michael Fetherstonhaugh and Terry Reicheit, Business advisors of the Regional Development Board, Port Pirie and registered in the year of 2010. As outlined in the business plan, The Medical Specialist Centre, Port Pirie - Sources of Funds - The funding sought to establish the centre in the township of Port Pirie was to be derived from the sale of the matrimonial home, 109 French Street, Port Pirie. Due to the circumstances surrounding the court proceedings involving occurred debts within the marriage and the sale of the property, which consisted of : • Voumard Lawyers, Port Pirie - Kelly Morgan - Brooke Kennedy • Unrepresented - Darren McDiarmid, Epping, Victoria • Credit card payments - Debts occurred within the marriage Which resulted in a numerous amount of debt in the form of Council rates / property , Utility accounts, Store accounts, McDiarrnid Woodcraft, Home base FILis.ess partnership and numerous other debts incurred within the marriage being left in my responsibility and unsolved by my representing lawyer, Kelly Morgan and conducted over a two year period which had incurred excessive lawyers fees although I had obtained legal aid for representation. Funding was no longer available or could be derived from this source of funding. The involvement of the sale of the house consisted of Lavis Real Estate, Port Pirie, Phil Lavis and Wardle Co. Real Estate, Port Pirie. In the following circumstances involving Lavis Real Estate, Port Pirie, Phil Lavis, Sally Lee and Natalie McMahon and the tenancy of 9 Yates Street, Port Pirie I incurred various maintenance issues and accounts of Tribunal matters that resulted in a debt incurred of my bond claimed by Lavis Real Estate, Port Pirie which is not registered on the Tribunal files but court proceedings conducted in the township of Port Pirie and resulted in a registered debt on my SA Housing Trust account - Bond claimed by Lavis Real Estate, Port Pirie - Phil Lavis. Real Estate, Port Pine - Sale of the house - 109 French street, Port Pirie - Resulted in the incident of my son, and various maintenance issues which resulted in my son's bond being claimed after and in my presence the property's maintenance issues were rectified and maintained butresutted in a debt being created in the bond claimed against my son, Thereafter and contained within the reports - Police Involvement -Immediate family members - was denied housing in the form of 156 denied rental applications - Metropolitan areas and the township of Port Pirie between the years of 2014 - 2016 and in alliance with the fraudulent activity of which had been occurring over the years of 2007 - 2016. Upon me hearing this broadcast released to the public I contacted Magic FM, Port Pirie via my registered business facebook account, J Monequic, Fashion Design informing Magic FM, Port Pine of my knowledge of the details contained within this illegal broadcast of my confidential business files and concepts of the business plan, The Medical Specialist Centre, Port Pirie 2007 - 2009. In the year of 2013 I obtained an Official Letter of Involvement of Mr Roger Kirchner, Executive Health Minister, Regional Health, Port Pirie, Executive Assistant, Jemma Salveminl, immediate family member, Heidi Salvemini, Westside Lawyers - Port Pirie Police Department - as being in- voked in obtaining funding to establish The Medical Specialist Centre, Port Pirie. This funding was denied by Mr Roger Kirchner, Port Pirie and I was advised to contact my local member of parliament , Mr Geoff Brock, Port Pirie to seek the funding of which I was seeking. Upon the appointment held with Mr Geoff Brock, Port Pirie I was also denied the funding in order to establish the medical centre in the township of Port Pirie and once again contacted the SA Medical Association, Hon Jon Hill to obtain the funding necessary to establish the medical centre in the township of Port Pirie. Within the reply received I was once again denied funding on the grounds that funding was being allocated to the new development of the GP Plus Health Centre's and to be estalthed within the township of Port Pirie. Within the letter received and dated 2009 - Seeking funding - I was denied the funding and was informed by Hon Jon Hill to contact Mr Roger Kirchner, Port Pirie to seek the funding of which I was seeking but was not informed of the new developments of the GP Plus Health Centre's which was incorporated into the denial of funding in the year of 2012. The two Confidential business concepts developed as a registered client of the Regional Development Board, Port Pirie and under the guidance of Business advisors Michael Fetherstonhaugh and Terry Reichelt have held the admittance of their theft by Michael Fetherstonhaugh, Port Pirie who as an employee of Service SA, Port Pirie, of which I had held a confidential business meeting in the year of 2013, questioning the development of the business concepts 2007 - 2009 - and the suspected Intellectual Property Theft that had occurred between the years of 2007 - 2009. During this meeting I was informed by Michael Fetherstonhaugh of his disappointment for myself on the theft of the business concepts developed as his registered business client of the Regional Development Board and he had made the distinctive comments and statements - "I still talk about your stolen business concepts to my friends and family and how unfair that it was " - And also in reference to the stolen business concepts - " I would stand up in a court of law and state this to that effect in your defence ".
