I am contacting you in relation to a legal matter concerning Intellectual Property Theft of a medical business plan developed in Port Pide, South Australia between the years of 2007 - 2011. the business plan consisted of two business developments within the medical industry of South Australia, with worldwide potential, as written in the business plan and developed under the instructions and aid of The Regional Development Board, Port Pide, South Australia as a registered client of this board. Refer to Timeline of Events, Letters of Involvement. This business is now currently operating and owned by SA Health, South Australian Government, of whom on numerous occasions denied me funding for the business development and MSIC, the communication tool designed for the business under an ABN, the registered business 2010, and now operating as MISC, under this government, SA Health, which won an innovation award in South Australia. I had contacted Hon Jon Hill, SA Medical Association concerning funding on both developments and had given him some of the developments details under the act of confidentiality. Hon Jon Hill, SA Medical Association ceased all contact after this proposal of funding. A series of events occurred after this event as outlined in the Timeline of Events, concerning the Intellectual Property Theft which included fraudulent activity, sexual targeting, police targeting involving physical assaults and illegal arrests, illegal representation of a lawyer connected to one of the individuals involved in applied funding, illegally obtained and released medical records without authority, falsified diagnosis's on two counts, illegally ordered I have co ec e a ocumen evidence an eta s o a ese evens an e m roi uals involved over an 11 year period and recent events of this activity still current and present and involving different locations within South Australia of my residence or place of occurrence, and my new partner who is a professor at an Adelaide University. As one instance of the fraudulent activity involved, an escalated and excessive rise in utility accounts that scanned in the Kadina, South Australia post office as Townsville Fines Department, Queensland - as supplied - and one of the individuals involved in the sexual targeting, Paul Gardner, connected to my then business advisor of The Regional Development Board, Port Pide, South Australia, Michael Fetherstonhaugh and a police officer Scott Bowman of the Port Pirie Police Department, South Australia, is a Queensland resident but also resides in Port Germain, South Australia, I felt that I should bring this matter to your attention as it is within your governments jurisdiction and involves the Queensland Police Department, involving suspected corruption and suspicion of the Queensland Governments involvement and connected to South EFTA00267873 Australia's government or individuals involved. Through documented evidence that I have in my possession and supplied - Business concepts - written in handwriting and not stored on any computer or viewed by a business advisor or any other individual and written within the privacy of my own home under confidential headings and various ABN's, in various locations or South Australia, Port Pirie, Adelaide and Kadina, and dating back to the year 2004 until the years of 2020, I have discovered that the act of Intellectual property Theft has occurred numerous times. I am alleging that this suspicious activity, which does not pertain to a form of coincidence and shows a definite pattern of occurrence suspected and have suspected that the individuals involved, including government sources have been using illegal surveillance of my premises to conduct the criminal act of Intellectual Property Theft and targeting over this period of time. As these business concepts have been developed and are operational, some using the exact titles, names of the business concepts are operational in various locations worldwide have been stolen and sold off to the highest bidder as profit to the individuals and organisations involved. I am requesting an urgent investigation into all of these matters concerned and reported in this information as an important and urgent matter that requires immediate attention as the activity is still present and current to this year and I now have another registered business JC INNOVATIONS and publishing contracts with Austin Macaulay Publishers, London and feel that this activity could once again threaten these developments, and as the sexual targeting is still present with my current partner and myself. I have supplied some of the documents as evidence to support my claims and am willing to supply further documented evidence from over an 11 year period in the case of an investigation if requested. All attempts to expose this activity to authorities or media sources have been intercepted or blocked if using an email service, fax or postal services. I on one occasion attempted to supply this information to Miles Kemp, The Advertiser, Adelaide, South Australia on the advice of Haydon Manning, Political Scientist, Flinders University, Adelaide through email and personal contact by delivering the packaged media report directly to the Advertisers mail room but have not received a reply from Miles Kemp concerning this matter and suspect that it was removed from the mail room and he did not receive this package or has any knowledge of it being delivered. As I was walking to the location of the office of the Advertiser to deliver this package I sighted two police officers in the same location who seemed to be suspiciously watching my movements. I have encountered interception of postal services which has resulted in impersonation of a senators office concerning this documented evidence, Adam Bandt MP, Victoria, which I received a fraudulent email from an individual impersonating the senators office of which when I sent the package of evidence to him I did not provide my email address or details concerning the current developments that I am addressing in my registered business JC INNOVATIONS, but was contained within the details of this fraudulent email. I have a copy of this email and the persons name that it was sent from who after research does not work in that office. I also have the postal registration and tracking details and the persons name who signed for the package. This documented evidence of which I submitted to your office addressed by Kirsty Kubenk contains vital information of corruption within the Port Pine district, Queensland and Adelaide districts, concerning numerous professional positions, police involvement and targeting which is still to this current day present and threatening in my life. I have contacted the Federal Police and IP Australia in regards to this documentation that I have in my possession that spans over a 15 year period and contains numerous offences of Intellectual Property Theft, fraudulent activity, police targeting and assault, sexual targeting, illegal activity involving lawyers, judges, doctors, Business SA representative, connected motorcycle gangs, media source involvement connected to these individuals and motorcycle gangs, illegal incarceration under falsified diagnosis, isolation, fraudulent phone messages and blocking which resulted in the isolation, illegally medicated for 16 months under the falsified diagnosis, fraudulent debt creating resulting in financial hardship which include utility bills involving electricity bills, phone bills, water bills, one electricity bill barcode scanned as Townsville Fines Department Queensland when paying it in the Kadina post office, this activity occurred while I was residing in Port Pire, which also threatened the safety of my children of numerous death threats and rape threats of myself and my children through phone messaging.
