informed you of this contact and name on your website 1/6/2020 I researched your website for the name of Emma Walters resulting in a no result found on your website - i researched the Internet for the name Emma Walters - resulted in electoral officer of Victoria 2/6/2020 - Received an email from Angelica Nippard at 7.15am claiming to be a lawyer of your law firm - claimed that your law firm could not assist me and that i should contact the Victorian law Institute on the same number as instructed previously - I researched your website for this name which resulted in no results found - i reported this contact on your website 2/6/2020 - Left voice message to your law firm - Received a phone call from Kirsty Greggal claiming to be a criminal lawyer of your law firm (phone number Informed me that your law firm does not represent victims but rather individuals who have been charged and therefore could not assist me - I questioned the class 4 litigation against the government that you are currently involved in - claimed you do not represent sole individuals/ victims - when i questioned that your firm does represent victims which is the sole purpose of your law firm as stated on the website she replied i don't even know what is on the website and she will have to check that out - She claimed that Emma Walters was an old employee / her assistant and Ashley who had contacted me previously was her new assistant and she did not know why Emma Walters name was still displayed in the phone number - she advised me once again to contact the Victorian Law Institute for assistance and provided the same number - i could hear her taking notes on a computer while i was speaking to her - she asked the events that had taken place / i gave her a brief description and also asked what the losses where that i had suffered / i gave her a brief description - Facebook report / my business account J Monequic to Magic FM business account - contact/ message - no reply First incident of sexual targeting after this contact with Magic FM - Sexual targeting Man from Queensland sent me a private message containing a photograph of his exposed genitals and tried to encourage me to go to Queensland to meet him - Reported on your website of my computer being cleaned of viruses by my computer technician which resulted in a report of 134,000 malware detections which he has never seen before I removed all files from this computer before being cleaned which contained the files of my new business developments JC INNOVATIONS and transferred them to my other computer which has never been connected to the internet in 6 years so my IP address on the internet has never been discovered and remained protected, never had a internet modem registered on it and has the internet connection disabled to protect my books which are on this computer. The next day some individual had connected to this computer via remote access / Bluetooth settings and switched on the internet connection I disabled the Bluetooth connection and remote settings Question: How did the individuals involved know that this computer existed ?- only 4 people know i have this computer, myself, my parents and my ex partner of the Adelaide University How did they know that i had transferred the files to that computer to remotely access it and turn on the internet connection the next day? I reported to Telstra on their website of suspected identity theft - blocked and altered messages and connections and Paul Gardner's involvement - I have not received a reply EFTA00267884
