Further to the submission of the previous case file Chentelle Defoe I have continued to investigate and construct further legal case files constructed in Pattern of Targeting, case file JC Designs, which is still currently under construction but I am submitting the file as a cause of immediate attention conceming the previous advice of contacting Federal Law Enforcement to place the case under investigation. Further investigations into the targeted illegal activity have revealed that the case of the Illegal targeting of an individual is a case of Corruption and Government targeting at the highest level, Federal Government involvement, Highest level of Abuse of Power and Targeted Organised Crime against an individual, which commenced in Kadina in 1988, the targeted victim 15 years of age. Further to the advice I provided to you regarding involving Federal Law Enforcement to conduct an investigation into the targeted illegal activity, I am advising you that I have contacted all sources of Federal Law Enforcement of which I have not received a response, I have not received any form of assistance, even with the Public announcement of Nigel Ryan, stating that he is currently involved in investigations into Organised Crime in Australia following the contact and submissions of the Legal case file construction submitted to him by myself in 2021, first contact. The refused contact, investigations into the reported activity, denied assistance and denied illegal targeted activity has been ongoing since the year of 2013, first reported occurrence of contesting Intellectual Property Theft of the Medical Business Plan and continued reporting of the targeted illegal activity between the years of 2013-2017, resulting in Extreme Targeting of the targeted victims awareness (whistle blower) and continued reporting in 2019-2022, which continues to be denied. I am now advising you of the controlled measures of the Federal Governments Abuse of power to deny an investigation into the illegal targeted activity of an individual by the Federal Law Enforcement due to their involvement and Entrapment of the targeted victim in the targeting. I am now advising you to contact the Royal Commission for a Commonwealth Investigation into the illegal targeting of an individual and supply all constructed legal case files for an internal Royal Commission investigation into the reported illegal activity as the abuse of power and the targeting of an individual is at the highest level of abuse of power, Federal Government. I am advising you to also involve the services of Interpol to investigate, come in from all angles from all contacted sources of the Royal Commission and Interpol working together from all sides, a joint task force, and include you as over seeing of the investigations, as the source of providing the evidence of this crime being committed against an individual, which involves the highest level of Corruption and Organised Targeted Crime.
