On 9/13/06, writer provided an Ownership and Encumbrance Report to AUSA for real property owned by Epstein located at 358 El Brillo Way, Palm Beach, Florida. This property is worth in excess of $6,911,370.00 and has no pending liens. Investigation has revealed that underage females engaged in sexual activities with Epstein at this residence. The FBI plans to pursue this property for asset forfeiture.
