Villsy r s 2016 Day Count for Jeffrey ion. 19 12 0 10 Feb. 11 13 5 12 March 11 20 0 18 April 14 16 0 10 May 12 13 6 14 bilis 15 15 0 12 luly 11 20 0 15 Aug. 11 20 0 9 Sept. 8 17 5 15 Oct. 13 14 4 16 Nov. 10 9 10 6 Dec 13 18 0 8 TOTAL 148 187 30 145 A Day is always considered US even if JE is traveling abroad the same day or coming from abroad back to the US ....lf he is in the US for a minute, it is a US day UNLESS he is going to/from the island and flying to/from Abroad ...then it is a VI Day! I get 30 days of Europe to count, as days... I will spend 30 days in Europe sure, so I will need 153 normally or 133 if averaged Because of new law, when JE travels abroad it is considered an abroad day and not a US day up to 30 days I believe a day that Jeffrey travels from the U.S. to France will still count as a U.S. day (and if from New York, a New York day). Likewise on the return. The distinction as I understand it is now up to 30 days in which he is neither in the U.S. nor the V.I. will be considered V.I. days EFTA00285204 Larry EFTA00285205
