and custom homes; including stables, pools and pool houses, site improvements including irrigation
systems, watershed control and pond construction.
Cook and self taught Chef
Growing up on a large dairy farm and at the apron strings of my Italian grandmother, I learned from a
very young age the importance of organic vegetable and herb gardening, butchering, and cheese and
wine making as it applies to the preparation of the best table fare possible for one's family and health.
Since then I have always tried to maintain my own garden or locate the freshest sources available to
secure the best produce, meat, fish and dairy. Along with quality products I have engaged myself in
learning and practicing the art of fine gourmet cooking on a family level to preparation for a large
parties and events. Be it a formal holiday dinner, homemade pizza, a clam and lobster bake on the
beach, grilled veggies and steaks on the barbeque, spa cuisine or the serving of hand selected fish, meat,
poultry, fresh vegetables and fruits in countless ways I have always found success in satisfying the most
discriminating palates.
