Vertical Closed Loop Geothermal Well fields for ground heat exchange. Grout boreholes with Thermal Conductive grout. Geothermal loop piping, trim /glycol & PVC condensate removal piping. OUR WORK IS TO INCLUDE, Installing all the above equipment providing one new forced hot air heating and air conditioning zone to service the finished basement level, one new zone to service the main level, and two new zone to service the upper level. Installing all equipment & materials in accordance with manufacturer specifications, codes & PAS design. All units, piping, and ductwork will be discussed, designed, and installed in specified location in accordance with owner & PAS. It is our intent to achieve a system that will perform with the highest efficiency while being as inconspicuous as possible. New main supply and return air ducts shall be galvanized metal and shall have foil wrap insulation and or acoustical liner for quiet operation (no duct board will be used on this project). Class 1 foil flexible ducts will be used for branch run•outs with adjustable volume air dampers to facilitate air balancing at branch take-offs. Entire HVAC system will be started, tested, and balanced for proper efficient operation. Will tie in all low voltage control wiring all ready run by electrician and all high voltage will be done by others. Other Trades: In carrying out PAS work the GC shall take necessary precautions to protect the finished work of this subcontractor from other trades.
