A claim must be submitted to the TCRF with 12 months after the scheduled completion date of the travel. A clan must include sufficient documentation to prove the clan and a S35 processing fee. Claimants must agree to waive their right to other civil remedies against a registered participating serer of travel for matters arisen out of a sale for which a TCRF claim is filed.
