Overseer of a private Automobile Collection, Vintage & Modern Boat Collection, and all
personal family assets. Recent Projects completed include multiple home renovations,
building a World Class Polo Facility, and a large scale pond & irrigation system.
Presently the owner's representative on the construction of a 57 meter Tri-deck World
Exploration Yacht.

Daily management of three select estates totaling in excess of 325 acres. Responsible for
management & hiring of household and grounds staff on each estate, security of estates,
and liaison to all vendors & trades conducting business with the properties. Participated
in major land acquisitions with owner. Project Manager for large building and renovation
projects, including a one of a kind Victorian Palm Conservatory. Extensive experience
working with architects, designers, general contractors, and municipal & county
governments. Additional responsibilities included management of aviation division &
large marine division consisting of two yachts, powerboats, and personal watercraft.
Initiated sound budgeting & marketing programs on an acquisition of a 900-acre golf and
country club.

Property Manager
Old Salem Farm

Responsible for the day to day maintenance of the grounds, homes, & buildings on this
Westchester County Property.
Directed all public and private events at property.
Designed and directed renovations to property including property clearing & all aspects
of pasture and fencing layout. Recruited all personnel. Created a working budget for
property maintenance. Improved efficiency of staff and daily operations, resulting in
reduced operating costs. Established favorable terms & pricing with vendors supplying
goods to Old Salem.
Responsible for selection, operation, and maintenance of all
equipment necessary for maintenance of the property.

machinery, & equipment. Worked directly with all tradesman & contractors on repairs,
renovations, and additions to the properties. Extensive work with town & country
governmental agencies involving permitting for new projects.
Winter Haven Farm:
Directed & organized an extensive thoroughbred farnVestate property from inception.
Improved quality of lawns and pasture, safety pruning of all large specimen trees,
additional planting & irrigation of new trees on this 200 acre property.
Repairs &
renovations to several of the existing structures, directed the construction of new homes
and associated buildings for the property. Recruited and trained staff members to assist
with care of property.
Courtland Farm:
Relocated to Maryland to take charge of the development of a new 500 acre waterfront
estate. Conceptualized & coordinated designs of barns, fence lines, roadways, water
systems, & pastures for a virgin property. Hands-on care of lawns, pastures, buildings, &
homes. Repaired bulkheads along the waterfront & rebuilt boat docks on the property.

Marine Mammal Research

Worked under direct supervision of Dr. David Caldwell at the Maine Mammal Research
Facility.
Trained and cared for Atlantic Bottlenose Dolphins involved in sonar
experimentation. Collected field data concerning the migratory patterns of Atlantic
Bottlenose Dolphins native to the Northeast Coast of Florida. Worked with Dolphins
under the guidance of the U.S. Naval Marine Mammal Program. Involvement included
care of animals, facilities management, and operation of filtration systems.
