A claim must be submitted to the TCRF with., 12 months after the scheduled completion data of the travel. A clan must include sufficient documentation to prove the clan and a 535 processing fee. Claimants must agree to wane their right to other civil remedies against a registered participating seller of travel for matters arisen out of a sale for which a TCRF claim is filed.
