The maximim amount that may be paid by the TCRF to any one passenger is the total amount paid on behalf of the passenger to the seller of travel. not to exceed 615.000. A claim must be submitted to the TCRF with., 12 months after the scheduled completion date of the travel. A dam must include sufficient documentation to prove the clam and a 935 processing fee. Claimants must agree to wane their right to other dvil remedies against a registered participating seler of travel for matters ailing out of a sale for which a TCRF claim is filed.
