Remove existing gypsum board at pilaster pop out detail and remove loose/peeling material
Install stucco stop, new gypsum board and lathe as necessary to create new pop outs, to match existing
Install waterproof base coat and embed fiberglass mesh
Apply "acrylic" based finish coat
Apply color wash over new finish coat to achieve faux finish
Install single component urethane at casing beads
Patch approximately 11 columns
Apply penetrating sealer to south wall of Managers Cottage
Clean area
Work will take approximately 3 weeks

Gutter Modifications and stucco repairs to terraces
Power wash gutter
Repair seams on gutter that are leaking
Coat inside of gutters (3) to prevent future leaking
Install 24 gauge paintable galvanized metal to existing gutter of master bedroom terrace
New gutter piece will be approximately 7" high with a 1" bend at the top
Metal will be attached with rivets in a uniform pattern
Seal inside seam where the new gutter overlaps the old gutter
Paint entire gutter exterior
Scrape loose/peeling stucco
Apply base coat
Apply acrylic finish

Fountain
Support bowl of fountain with I-Beams using 4 material lifts
Cut grout line and lift fountain bowl
Electrician will perform his work
Apply grout and set bowl of fountain bowl back in place

Remove tile by cutting along grout lines
Remove tile
Cut cement 4" wide and 4" deep
Remove cement with chipping hammer
Install floor outlets (2)
Install electrical romex wire to each outlet
Fill trench with new cement
Install new tile, to match existing as close as possible
Grout tile
