Then open my Outlook folder and in the drafts folder there is an e-mail to Lilly Ann Sanchez and Gerry Lefcourt. Please
just send it out.
Otherwise, you can just send it on my behalf. Here is the text:
Dear Lilly and Gerry: Thank you for your e-mail. I have no objection to the two-week extension with respect to NES, New York
Strategy Group, and Epstein Virgin Islands Trust.
With respect to the subpoena to the investigator, I would like to get the computer equipment as soon as possible. If you prefer to
simply turn over the equipment without anyone appearing before the grand jury that is fine. If we proceed that way, we can defer
litigating the issue of the applicability of the attorney-client and/or work productprivilege to information related to how and why
the equipment was removed. I will be in trial this week, so please contact
t the FBI directly at
I look forward to your July I I th submission. If you would like to discuss the possibility of a federal resolution of Mr. E stein's
case that could run concurrently with any state resolution, please leave a message on my voicemail at the office
)
and I will get back to you after trial has ended for the day.
Thank you.
