Contained within the correspondence on 27th May 2021, USB containing Stage 1,2,3,4 and a Character reference file, certain files within the stages remained incomplete. I am aware that following this submission of Governments involvement in this targeted attack, crime being committed against me involving 1993-2021 Multiple Intellectual Property Theft from the privacy of my own home, Money laundering through all of my accounts, Government Departments, banking Institutions, Housing and utilities, including Telecommunication Systems, Sexual Targeting (emotional destruction and a form of grooming for Sexual purposes), Police targeting involving falsified charges and fines and Physical brutality, assault that resulted in permanent physical injuries, illegal representation of a lawyer resulting in an illegal detainment into as a result of this information being submitted to OPI seeking an investigation the Government then passed a bill on the 7th October 2021 against OPI, ICAC reducing the powers of the corruption commissioner to investigate such reports into Government officials activities of this nature. Is this a coincidence?? Following the submitted incomplete files of 27th May 2021 I continued to construct the Legal Case files of documented evidence of the targeted Organised Crime and through the application of Cross Referencing confirmation reports obtained in 2021 to documents obtained in 2016 through the Freedom Of Information Act into my Centrelink account I discovered the documented evidence and proof of Government sources directly involved and connecjapi.W.Organised Targeted Crime - Refer to documented evidence - Services SA, Officer report involving Identity Theft and the illegal money transfers connected to the corporation "Telco" Centrelink account documentation / Freedom of Information Act connected to Centrelink, a Government Department of which I was subjected to money laundering through this department between the years of 2011-2016 / "Telco" EFTA00268018 These 2 documents connected together through this corporation "Telco" is documented proof (evidence) and the required proof to Legally Prove my claim and the Governments involvement in Corruption and Organised Targeted Crime and can be proven in a court of law. I am contacting you in addition to my previous correspondence to provide you with the documented proof / evidence of the completed file, File 2. Chentelle Defoe - which contains Multiple documented evidence to prove my claim and the involvement of Government and Police Targeting / Corruption and involvement in Organised Crime, which also connects this activity to the Centrelink Robodebts, defended by Gordon Legal Law Firm, Melbourne, Peter Gordon in 2021, that had resulted in victims of these debts suicides. As this connection is now obvious and proven I do believe you have the power to apply to a court of law, which will re-instate your powers to prosecute the Government and Police sources involved in these crimes of Organised Targeted Crimes against members of Society and have OPI's powers re-instated to investigate into members of society's submissions involving Government and Police sources (corruption) and the crimes that are being committed against targeted singled out individuals within society, which is also resulting in deaths as a result (suicides). If you wish to take this matter further into a court of law concerning the documented constructed legal Case files of which I have submitted I am willing and able to testify to the evidence to this effect in your defence and mine in a court of law and bring to the Governments attention and the publics attention that this activity that is affecting so many lives in a detrimental way will not be tolerated and is not acceptable. I have been reporting this activity and seeking assistance over a 7 year period and have been stonewalled for that length of period of time by every employee contacted within the Government System, and including Government Senators contacted, who are involved in Conspiring in the attack and cover up of the Organised Targeted Crime of 27 years. I have provided hardcopy reports and documented evidence, and 2 USB'S containing the files Stage 1, 2, 3, 4, Character Reference and File 2. Chentelle Defoe, which is the file that contains Proof and Government and Police involvement of documented proof of their involvement in the targeted attack and cover up. I have personally delivered this evidence and submission to your office due to persistent and continual Mail Interception when seeking Assistance. I am once again requesting your URGENT assistance and am suggesting a UNITED FRONT against these horrendous crimes being committed in our country of Australia against members of society, that are resulting in death, destruction, financial destruction and segregation of families, and including sexual attacks, including child victims of Paedophilia, which this activity involves. I am currently residing in my parents home in Kadina, but am still a victim of the active attack of targeting, which involves Domestic Terrorism of EMF and RF emitted radio waves, resulting in disturbances in the home and the occupants. - As reported in the file of File 2. Gov - EMF + RF Technology EFTA00268019 My privacy including Intellectual Property Theft and me personally are still currently endangered by the persistent and current targeted attack by the use of Government and Police Illegal Surveillance of the privacy of my own home which has horrendously altered my life, which includes - Shut down of all business projects (career opportunities), Forming any form of relationships outside of the home and interacting with society personally and on Social media sites, as a result of the targeted attack targeting these areas of my life continuously since the age of 22. I am now 51 years of age. This is an URGENT matter for the court system and am requesting your assistance to regain your power as a Corruption Commissioner and to resolve this horrendous issue in my life, that is ongoing and continuous.
