May 24, 2019
Greetings, and Happy Friday.
To whom it may Concern.
On Thursday the 23 of May 2019, approximately 2:50 pm, Michael Glidden as me
Smiley to send Stephanie and him an email giving details about the water testing on the R.O.
Plant. According to your request Mike, the Reserve Osmosis (R.O. Plant) water is being tested
four times a year according to Environmental Protection Agency (E.P.A.) regulations. Four times
for Total Dissolve Solid (T.D.S.) and one time for Oil and Grease. This water is sent to the
Ocean System Lab in ST. Thomas to be tested, and the result is sent to Daphne and then forward
to Smiley. Beside the R.O. Plant water testing. The last time a have document about the water
being tested from various areas on Little ST. James was in May 2013. The various areas include
Main Kitchen, Master bedroom, Cottage, Pool House, and Sarah's Office. I would be more than
willing to have those areas be tested again, at least three times a year for the following Total
Coliform, TDS. P.H., and Turbidity at the Ocean System Lab if Managers authorized this
process. Upon request I would be willing to show the results of the Oil and Grease and Total
Dissolve Solids that has been tested at the lab.
Yours Sincerely
Cuthbert Smiley Titre.
