1. Clean Up - make as many barge runs as necessary

- Buy new Kawasaki bikes and mules — (5) 2012 Kawasaki 750 EPS and (2) 2012 Kawasaki Mule 4010 purchased

- Kawasaki parts order submitted twice — awaiting direction
- Remove all concrete trucks and cement hopper no later than 7/27
- Cement hopper scheduled to be transported to the Heavy Materials - St. John yard for storage -
storage is free — crane/tractor/low boy rental $4,300 — pending Boyson reschedule and JE approval —
Boyson unable to provide rescheduling information until after 7/30
- Concrete trucks — transported to Heavy Materials STT 7/24 — storage free — transport $300 —
per Brice approved by JE - COMPLETE

Internet/Phone Switch installed — broken fiber discovered 7/24 — Danny repaired 1 of 2 — replacement

6. Berm/Top of Hill
- Stone threshold needs total re-do — must be level and straight — commenced 7/27
- Boulders — Jules to finish boulder work — once stone threshold completed

— Soundproofing Installation — back wall and door — COMPLETE —JE is concerned may not be adequate for
deep sound penetration

— Shields left Papua 7/24 — EDA in FL 7/29 — Lund & Pullara will clear and transport to Tropical
14. Kite House
— relocation of outside furniture from 5 Palms once new 5 Palms furniture on site
15. Chillax Room
— requires furniture piece for electrical/media equipment — Sarah
16. Chillax Bathroom
- require blue rugs for bathroom & vanity area — Sarah
17. Mechanical Building
